Both Lithuania and Iceland have completed their training camp matches before the EuroBasket

Azuolas Tubelis scored 16 out of his 23 points by halftime and led Lithuania past Iceland 96 – 83 in a preparation game for the EuroBasket.

Jonas Valanciunas added 17 points and eight rebounds in 16 minutes for Lithuania that completed the EuroBasket training camp with a 6-1 record. Their only defeat came from Alperen Sengun’s Turkey.

Martin Hermansson led a balanced Iceland with effort with 13 points. His team also wraped up preparatin games, going 1-4.

Lithuania will compete in Group B (Tampere Finland), along with Germany, Sweden, Montenegro, Great Britain and Finland. Iceland plays in Group B (Katowice, Poland), facing France, Slovenia, Belgium, Israel and Poland.
