Are we being out FLEGGED by the English?

  1. Should be worried about the cost of living instead of flags

  2. Fair play to them for getting the lines so square. We usually spell the lines wrong.

  3. For fuck’s sake, if the English want to appropriate our culture so bad, couldn’t they have gone with something nicer than flegs?

I don’t know, a proper fry, maybe? Or an accent that doesn’t make them sound like a pretentious upper class cunt? (no offence here to anyone in the north of England, you’re sound).

  4. At least those headers have one thing in common with our loyalists, besides the fleg-shagging.

They’re doing their best to blow up the UK and are too fucking thick to even realise it. Or do they think the Scottish and the Welsh are going to put up with how much worse this is going to get with Farage as PM?

  5. I actually partly blame Northern Ireland for this, it was only a matter of time before the stupidest people in England realised they have stupidity role models just across the sea

  6. I maintain that fleg is one of your flegs. It looks like a Northern Irish saltire.

  7. I just commented on this on another local thread to me but there are a ton of flags just appeared around York. No idea why – Mostly English flags with a few Union flags and quite a few Yorkshire flags too. I don’t mind but no-one seems to know why.. My mum’s family are originally from near Belfast so i know we are still just toddlers learning in the flag flying department but there seems to be one on every lamppost and all round roundabouts etc…

  8. Go to Glynn, outside Larne. They curate a beautiful cathedral of unwelcoming bigotry on the middle of the road. Would take the little boy to Rugby nearby, but refuse to subject him to that outward display of settler colonial nonsense.

  9. lol. The irony of racists spraying this everywhere, with George being the patron saint of Palestine, whilst they turn a blind eye to their governments genocide there. Performative as always.

  10. Imagine wanting people to drive over your flag and leave tyre marks on it.

  11. Talking to a good few English friends recently and they are very supportive of all the Union Flag/English flags being put up. Imagine English people putting up England and Union Flags in their own country. Oh the humanity.

  12. I love how this is was reported at “St George’s Flag”
    … That’s clearly St Patrick’s cross, from that angle….

  13. Ok people put aside your differences for a month we got flegs/ flags to set up, I want union Jack’s, tri colour, Scottish, Welsh, and if anyone has some grab some isle of man flags can’t leave them out
