    Unfortunately in all her years in academia , no one bothered to teach her anything about basic management.
    Much less, statistical management.

  4. When the boss of CB talks about the restaurants she leads as a "brand" she has lost. CB begins with its mashed potatoes and gravy not with spreadsheets and logo designers. The loyal customers come for grandma's recipes and her decorations help make you forget it's a chain. This CEO has yanked her customers out of grandmas dining room to remind you of that your controlling aunt has ruined Thanksgiving again.

  5. So, she says that the appeal of a Cracker Barrel is that "Everyone has a story.." in other words, the nostalgic facet is their appeal. BUT, we are going to change that one thing that actually brings people here.

  6. She clearly has an ulterior motive that goes outside of profits. I'm not going there anymore. Why don't companies actively take an anti-woke stance. They would make more money. Nobody wants this.
