  1. They also fucked up the internet on some streets.

BRSK took over our telephone posts and strung a load of cables up instead of digging the road up, bastard’s putting Mr Bull out of a job.

  2. didn’t they leave the Palestinian ones due to the threat of violence if they tried to take them down

  3. Not a reform but any hate towards the council is fine by me.

  4. Oh yeah the boats on the side of the road. Ye they hella distracting

  5. In Tower Hamlets the Palestinian ones were up for several weeks and the English ones for a day. They only took the Palestinian ones down after legal threats.

  6. You can see flags in Birmingham between the piles of uncollected rubbish?

Still not sorted out that strike have ya.

  7. Blocks the line of sight of traffic? So does all the crap parking they do nothing about

  8. I drove through Erdington the other day, and if they took them down they did a terrible job of it, because there were a bunch up.

  9. Surely it’s just a good rule of thumb to assume that if you attach a flag to a property that isn’t yours, ie: lampposts, buildings, they will be taken down?

  10. Has this sub always been so politically focussed? I seem to remember it being more light hearted. Maybe I’m wrong

  11. “Because it blocks the line of sight of traffic”

What cars are driving around 4 meters above the road?

  12. Birmingham council have announced they haven’t removed a single flag. They put an announcement out advising people not to hang them on lampposts as they have planned works. But they haven’t actually removed any.

I hate this ‘fake news’ world we live in where if people say anything loudly enough it will be believed without question.
