  1. I think it’s safe to Say that for the foreseeable future they Wont be able to work with it

  2. Here is to Ukraine for successfully fighting back against Russia and saving the planet one destroyed fossil fuel infrastructure at a time.

  3. Successfully distracted ongoing fire phenomenon by tempting it with another victim.

  4. Wait, you’re telling me that someone dropped *another* cigarette??

At this point they may as well place a mobile boiler and maybe a couple of gas turbines around every refinery and get some electricity out of the deal.

    /s

  5. The “refinery” is actually finer than before, it even spontaneously combustes out of shame.

  6. The fact this is still burning, means they haven’t solved their fire foam shortage. Good, if they help the major oil infrastructure, then there is less they can do for the minor.

  7. I think I understand what Ukraine is trying to achieve by attacking oil refinieries, oil storage units and lately also the Druzhba oil pipeline. They want Russia to accumulate huge amounts of surplus oil that India or China wouldn’t be able to take. Eventually Russia would have to significantly drop oil prices and also reduce oil production, both of which would cause major loss of income and increase Russia’s budget deficit.

Lack of petrol products won’t be an issue for long because Russia will import more from Kazakhstan and Belarus, but surplus oil is going to cause quite a headache for Putin.

  8. Is this refinery special? Seems more coverage on this particular hit.

    Anyone care to educate me

  9. It’s a defensive fire to burn off attacking drones. A special combustion operation

  10. I wonder how many oil industry workers there have been told not to report to work and are not being paid.

  11. nuthin’ could be finer than to see a burning refiner……
Or you could just kill the little shit and pull out. NO? OK.
See you all in the stone age where your economy will be for the next 50 years minimum. Payback is a MF’er.

  12. Very cinematic, yes, but what about the refining ‘columns’? IIRC some of the refineries have not fully stopped production after being hit

  13. Oh no. Is the drone going to be ok?

    He made it out, right?

  14. Putin needs this; he’s probably looking forward to the fireworks.
