Vice President J.D. Vance’s incredibly odd dynamic with the President of Ukraine is back in the news.

If you recall, during Zelensky’s previous visit to the White House to discuss the U.S. efforts to end the Ukraine-Russia war, things got heated between the two after Vance said, “Have you said thank you once?” to which Zelensky responded, “A lot of times. Even today.”

Well, during Zelensky’s return to the White House this week, Vance apparently had a “good little icebreaker” with him that’s now going viral.

“So President Zelensky walked into the Oval Office. I was chatting with him, the president, and some of the senior Ukrainian delegation.”

“I said, Mr. President, as long as you behave, I won’t say anything.”

The clip has now been seen by over 2 million people, and they’re all cringing at Vance’s treatment of Zelensky.
“so JD Vance considers that when he acts like a jerk, it breaks the ice,” one person wrote.

Another person called the vice president “the most unlikable person ever.”

“This asshat would never try and say that to Putin or Netanyahu,” another person said.
