The parade ended up closing parts of the Short Strand diversion route.

The southbound route via Queen's Bridge -> Oxford Street -> East Bridge Street and Albert Bridge is blocked off with cones.

Traffic has also been held on Albertbridge Road/Ravehill Road junction for about 15 minutes now too

  1. Lol. I had to zoom in, I thought it was a wrecked double decker translink bus.

  2. Well it’s a “March for Jesus” parade so…Christ did?

  3. Well they’ve as much right to parade as anyone else.

  4. I think something like the odyssey should be built at the maze for example, pave it inside and let any cunt who wants to march on a road for absolutely any reason go there and do it the fuck out of anyone’s way, if its indoors it’ll always be dry and so ideal. The only things that should close any road are accidents or roadworks

  5. If Jesus came back today he’d be sickened of some of the shite coming from many so-called Christians.

  6. What’s the parade for? I knew Boucher was going to closed due to the concert and somewhere else is closed over the weekend. Thank god I’m sitting at home

  7. It gets worse every week fs. Between roadworks and parades its every weekend now.

  8. Bunch of whack jobs. Guarantee the majority of them are Americans, do they not know that we have enough of our own religious crazies? (DUP voters and bead rattlers)

  9. Seeing a lot more negativity here than i have from christians…

  10. City centre is full of the cunts, had one try to pilgrim to me outside HMV.

  11. I’m just genuinely confused what they are marching for? Christianity is the dominant religion in this country and despite what the right wing muppets would have you believe, that isn’t going to change anytime soon. The catholic and protestant churches aren’t under attack in any way, almost every school here as far as i know has religion classes for teaching Christianity… This seems like they are just matching for the sake of marching lmfao

  12. There’s no hate like Christian love. It’s ironic they complain about pride parades being “shoved down their throats” while they’re all clapping about town chanting like American numpties.

  13. Traffic was bad getting into town (Derry) also, but at least the parade we were stuck behind was a colourful, happy one!! 🌈🤭

  14. Meh, there are much, much worse marches to be seen on the streets, than these largely peaceful bunch.

  15. Jesus saves.,,,,,,, , ,,, with his local credit union.

  16. Left-wing Reddit logic makes me laugh.

Palestine marches are fine but Christian marches….. No we can’t have those, they are all evil liars etc.

  17. Was jailbird Freedom Dad at it? Or that animal abusing cunt Pinkerton?

  18. Terribly unfair on elderly and/or disabled people who ended up stranded in town for hours. The digital displays on the bus stops were stating that the buses were running so people were sat waiting for buses that in reality were going to be hours late.

  19. I believe in God and all that stuff. I was born and raised as Catholic but I’m not a believer in the Catholic church or any other church. They’re all cults who tell you that their way is the only way and if you step outside then you’re doomed. They’re all filled with corruption and drama and I don’t want to be a part of it. I say a wee prayer every day. That’ll do for me.

  20. Marching in general in NI is a nuisance but the amount of shite I’ve seen these folk receive today is depressing. Not religious or a believer but what’s the harm in other people believing if they just get comfort in it? I swear, sometimes I hear more about religion from atheists than Christian’s
