  1. Mostly did chores I forgot to do during the week. Introduced my partner to the Fargo tv series so I’m enjoying rewatching that. Tomorrow I’m going to be filling in a couple of application forms for some jobs I’m interested in applying for.

  3. Had a nice lunch with my brother, we nailed down a plan to visit family next weekend. Better dust off my passport, customs between Yorkshire and Lancashire can be brutal if your papers aren’t in order.

    Also, the light in my fridge isn’t coming on anymore. There’s a metaphor in there somewhere.

  5. I think I’m going to move to somewhere weird and abroad

    I was signed off six months with burnout. Tried to return, failed – I just hated it. I’m good at languages, speak two non-European ones along with Spanish and German and I think want to go abroad. Where do I go?

  6. I’m watching Gerard Butler’s “Greenland”.

    He’s one of those actors where it always feels like a shock to see him in something that’s actually good, and I wish he wasn’t because he’s too good an actor for that.
