It’s Austria, not Australia so there won’t be any crocodiles, sharks, jelly fish, blue ring octopus…
In Austria lakes and rivers have a general right of use for the public. So if there are no signs that it’s forbidden, go for it.
As this is a reservoir, I would pay attention to the signs.
It should be very cold, as clear as it is .
