I have no faith in our government, practically all of the parties, but if those in power would like to wield more power or influence than they are currently able to then they should come out now and agree with the points raised in the article. Come out and say that the divide has grown too wide and we need to reimagine how our elected officials govern.
The people we can’t vote out have been running the country since its foundation. That’s common knowledge.
As anyone who’s ever seen “*Yes Minister*” could tell you.
Government : The emotional punch bag of the people. Great for the people to direct their anger towards.
Wouldn’t want people following the money trail and finding out the real culprits now would we.
