Oneok Inc., WhiteWater Midstream LLC, MPLX LP and Enbridge Inc., through the existing Matterhorn joint venture (JV), would develop the 450-mile, 42-inch diameter Eiger Express Pipeline. It would be designed to transport 2.5 Bcf/d of natural gas from the Permian in West Texas to the Katy area near Houston starting in mid-2028.

It would add to pending pipeline additions out of the Permian such as the Gulf Coast Express Expansion, Hugh Brinson and Blackcomb projects.
