  16. Tax something and you’ll get less of it. Tax labor and you’ll get less labor. The problem is how do you setup a system that is fair so the people who are most benefiting from the system are paying proportionally? I haven’t heard any other system that isn’t regressive and anyone with an innate sense of justice would reject it.
