    • ⁠ Trump sent commandos into an ambush w/ lack of intel, and sent contractors to pick them up, resulting in a commando being left behind, tortured, and executed. He approved the mission bc Bannon told him Obama didn’t have the guts to do it.

    • ⁠ Trump accepted a Purple Heart from a fan at one of his rallies and said: “I always wanted to get the Purple Heart. This was much easier.”

    • ⁠ Trump stated that the Presidential Medal of Freedom is “much better” than the Medal of Honor, because recipients of the latter are often wounded or dead. That statement drew criticism from the Veterans of Foreign Wars, calling it in poor taste and demeaning to veterans’ sacrifices.

    • ⁠ Trumps responsible for the VA dismissing over 1,000 probationary employees including researchers working on critical areas like mental health, prosthetics, cancer treatment, addiction recovery, and burn-pit exposure. As of July 2025, nearly 17,000 VA employees have been cut, with a goal to reach 30,000 by September 2025. Many of those impacted were veterans serving in veteran support roles.

    administration revoked union contracts for hundreds of thousands of federal employees, including those at the Department of Veterans Affairs, undermining collective bargaining rights for workers in veteran care.

  9. Bone spurs are only temporary, and may be caused by wearing improper fitting shoes. Yet, he managed to get 5 deferments. If you look, he was classified 4-F. I’m guessing, it wasn’t because of his feet, but he failed because he wasn’t mentally fit, or maybe, they felt he was morally disqualified. Now, that would make perfect sense.
