    The owners of this thing already won bids in the upcoming power auctions.  If this doesn’t come online those deliveries need to be subcontracted, and the owners will almost assuredly default and leave the hrid and utilities operators high and dry to cover the power shortfall.

    This isn’t just screwing the turbine owners.  It’s screwing the utilities that won’t get their deliveries.

    Everything Trump touches dies.
