#ReadingRussia In today’s Russian papers no sign that Moscow’s position on Ukraine has changed. But plenty of indications of economic problems: “business stagnation”, “one in two Russians looking for a second job”, petrol prices “hit new record high.” Steve Rosenberg for BBC News

It’s evidence that sanctions against Russia really work
I have to imagine things are gonna only get worse especially as Novoshakhtinsk refinery is still burning for the 5th day in a row, the Druzhba pipeline was hit which will disrupt oil to Hungary and Slovakia. And Ukraine is targeting more and more sites each day, and once they are able to get the Flamingo missiles in use it’ll only get worse.
Another thing that could also be dangerous for Russia is if Venezuela has a forced regime change, like Syria we could see sanctions lifted and the US try to use the oil to lure India and other buyers away from Russia. Though thats just speculation right now
They are being honest, for once.
It’s a good thing that BBC News journalist Steve Rosenberg doesn’t read or watch the media in the UK and the EU.
Otherwise, he would have written that there are no problems in Russia, they are all here.
F*ck putler
To be fair, its not far removed from the impression I got about the Alaska photo-op. Also not far from what I expect convicted pedo Krasnov is planning. Once again, TACO is enforcing his image.
It was interesting that the Russian press believes Trump is in Russia’s pocket.
How are the petrol prices increasing? Don’t they produce and refine their own?
Russian diet is drink vodka and eat shit from the news, very close to the Republicans but they like more beer instead.
Good.
“every second Russian is looking for a second job” seriously?
