  1. 16 minute video, but it contains direct excerpts from official reports by JP Morgan and other global banks and financial corporations that they know 3-5C is coming.

  2. And I thought that the plot from Fallout Season 1 was fantasy

  3. Can’t believe they think they’ll live if we hit 3C lmfao.

  4. Of course they do. They know because we will do nothing to curb climate change or rethink our way of living, even though doing nothing guarantees catastrophic failure. On the contrary, we’ll accelerate. We’ll burn every last bit of fossil fuel needed to power the very robots that protect the oligarchs. Terminator wasn’t a war against the machines, it was a war against the oligarchs those machines were built to shield.

  5. I know a famous oceanographer who was invited to talk about climate change to generational trustees. A nice all expenses paid fancy trip. That was two decades ago. Those fiduciaries derisked their clients money. The smart money left at risk climate zones a long time before this current insurance crisis hit.

  6. Can’t get the video to play (or find it searching youtube), but I did find this:

”Top Wall Street institutions are preparing for a severe future of global warming that blows past the temperature limits agreed to by more than 190 nations a decade ago, industry documents show.

The big banks’ acknowledgment that the world is likely to fail at preventing warming of more than 2 degrees Celsius above preindustrial levels is spelled out in obscure reports for clients, investors and trade association members. Most were published after the reelection of President Donald Trump, who is seeking to repeal federal policies that support clean energy while [turbocharging the production of oil, gas and coal](https://subscriber.politicopro.com/article/eenews/2025/01/23/how-trumps-executive-orders-could-tilt-us-energy-markets-00200125) — the main sources of global warming.

The recent reports — from Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan Chase and the Institute of International Finance — show that Wall Street has determined the temperature goal is effectively dead and describe how top financial institutions plan to continue operating profitably as temperatures and damages soar.”

  7. It isn’t wall street saying climate change doesn’t exist it’s the White House

  8. This is what the WEF was about all this time, but conspiracies surrounding obscured its true intentions

  9. For those unaware; the Chase in *JP Morgan Chase* refers to Chase bank. [Which has been historically considered the Rockefeller bank.](https://archive.ph/YlVQF#selection-1143.0-1197.39) As in the Rockefeller oil family of *Standard Oil*. Otherwise known today as Exxon. And John D. Rockefeller, founder of Standard Oil, being the world’s first confirmed billionaire.

  10. Of course they do why do you think all the rich people have second homes in Maine, Minnesota, Montana and Michigan. Why do you think the insurance market is pulling out of Florida and California? Why is all the future industry investments all in the Midwest….. besides the random one in Arizona

  11. The planet is going to be absolutely rekt and shorelines will be redrawn. The cataclysmic loss is hard to over-state. But I still would not be against humanity, despite my disgust. There’s an important mindshift that is just starting to happen that I think will define our future: the competing concepts of abundance and scarcity. This hyper/post captitalst GDP defined world thrives on rentiers creating forced scarcity and now it’s resulting in actual scarcity. On the other hand, the technology to provide clean, safe, affordable food, water, and housing is here and improving. If we reorganize ourselves economically and politically we can, ironically, live more sustainaby and abundantly on the degraded planet we are creating than we ever did before. I don’t know what’s going to happen – I’m just keeping my eye out for things that go in that direction and putting my shoulder behind them when I can.

  12. At this point, I honestly don’t care anymore. Let the world burn, because it’s the only way we’re going to learn.

  13. I mean everyone that isn’t very very dumb knows it.
