Just a friendly reminder you don't have to interact with this post – it's okay.
I'm curious about what opinions or perspectives people in this sub have regarding cannabis prohibition and its implications.
I came across this quote by Coel Thomas recently and thought I'd share it here:
“I feel like it’s that regulation is seen as a social experiment, while prohibition is seen as a given, neutral standpoint – and not as a system with its own very serious consequences.” – How to legalize cannabis in Finland – Coel Thomas
I understand for a lot of you this is either a taboo topic, or something not worth the time considering other problems the world is going through – or even that your opinion doesn't matter and there's nothing us mere mortals can do about it. But I can't stress enough how untrue that is – and your opinion matters more than you think.
So let's talk!
