A 90,000-square-foot industrial building is off the market after a New York company has purchased it for a new warehouse and retail space.

Bargain Molding purchased 730 Windham Road in Windham for $1.75 million earlier this month. The building was sold by RYBRM, LLC.

According to realtor O,R&L Commercial, Bargain Molding will be using the space for “importing their material, using the warehouse for assembly of products, and also will have small retail space for their customers.”

Kyleigh Caron of O,R&L Commercial brokered this sale for the buyer and seller.
