Alyson Joly, of Saratoga Springs, is accused of driving drunk and crashing her car.
A Saratoga Springs woman is accused of driving drunk and crashing her car in Malta on Monday.
It happened at around 9:45 p.m. on Route 67. The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office said Alyssa L. Joly, 25, was speeding and trying to change lanes. The vehicle left the road and struck a light pole, causing the car to flip in the westbound lane of Route 67 in front of Dunkin’, according to investigators.
Joly was charged with DWI, speeding and unsafe lane change. She was released on appearance tickets and due in Malta Town Court at a later date.
