  8. These people aren’t getting treatment anyway, they’re going to have a slow horrible death in Ruzzia (possibly prisoners anyway, maybe infected in prison).. Putin doesn’t care, they are shoving everyone they can into uniform.

    He’ll probably be thinking about the extra burden on Ukraine by recruiting more people with serious illness, for the few who get taken prisoner anyway.. the whole of Ruzzian federation is a dystopian hell of his making, he wants to spread the nightmare, and this’s just another example.
