Jiří Duchoň has been promoted to managing director. He has been with the company for nearly five years. In his new role, he will be responsible for overseeing existing industrial developments as well as the further development of the business through strategic acquisitions and the launch of new projects. He is to take on the management of a portfolio of 82,000 sqm.
Jiří began his real estate career in 2003 and worked on the expansion of large retail chains such as Lidl and Ahold. He also served as the head of acquisitions at Panattoni. For the past five years, he has been responsible for acquisitions for 7R in the Czech Republic.
