7. Unsurprisingly, I find this thinking odd. If you think of the uncountable trillions and trillions of terawatts that go unharvested in terms of wind, wave and solar, I can’t think of a more worthwhile pursuit. Like, think of how much wealth has been generated by oil and coal mining, renewable energy is just another frontier of profit and influence to be had. And one that theoretically lasts forever. What sort of businessman would say no to that?

   Oh yeah, a bad one.

19. Erm. Is trump ok? The reason the energy sector is fucked for consumers is that very cheap wind and solar is being sold at the prices of very expensive gas. If trump had his way everyone would be paying gas and oil prices 24/7. Then again we pretty much are. I’m actually surprised he is taking this stance as the profits for wind and solar in the uk for providers are stupid money.
