It looks like a Bond villain printed their own money ready to take over the world 😄
The Turks really love Ralph Fiennes.
In the pre-Euro days I had a hotel bill in Milan for 1.2 million lire. That felt weird paying. (About £600.)
The guy looks like a movie villain.
CONGRATS!! Will you be doing an AMA any time soon?
I discovered around ten of these in a forgotten box in our spare room as a seven y/o and remember my imagination going wild with what I would buy (after secretly converting them at the local post office, of course). Found myself very disappointed after a quick search on the internet.
I remember going to Turkey in the 90s as a kid and being given a million a day as spending money. It was around a fiver I think.
Someone’s rich as fuck! That’s 3.5 million right there in just 3 bills wow!
Loved going on holiday to Turkey as a kid and pretend I was a millionaire, miss buying 50k bubblegum with a temporary tattoo included, great times.
Keep them. The way their economy is going, they be become usable again!
I went to Turkey in the late 90’s. Conversion rate was 440,000 to £1.
I remember buying a steak dinner for 8m Lira and tipping 10m.

Nice to see Alexander Armstrong doing a new character.
I was given 1 old German coin. I’m either a millionaire or a billionaire. Hyperinflation sure is weird.

Walking around with 50m Lira notes felt insane.
