One of the largest historical recreation events in the Algarve, the event promises five days of shows, parades, crafts, and entertainment, attracting thousands of visitors to one of the region’s most iconic cultural initiatives.

Castro Marim Castle will be the epicentre of the activities, hosting demonstrations of arts and crafts, such as leather and iron production, as well as medieval horse tournaments, one of which will be led by the GNR.

Another highlight promises to be the parade that opens and closes the event, bringing together entertainers, extras, and local residents in medieval costumes in a spectacle of colour and fantasy through the streets of the village.
