  1. If they want the future to see the flag of England in the same way as we today see the flag of nazi Germany, they are going the right way about it.

  2. I’ve been tearing down any union jacks or England flags I’ve seen, tbh. I was thinking of getting some pride flags with “everyone welcome here” slogans to replace them with

  3. “I ‘ate forens. comen ofer ere. Lets go to anofa contri an paynt hour flag ona rode.”

  4. Honestly they are doing the very thing they fear..turning the England flag into a sign of hate.

  5. I’d just like to take a moment to point out St George was not a cockney accented pure-blooded English geezer. He was either Syrian or Turkish, and was raised in Palestine (i.e. he was a brown skinned migrant).

The St George Cross is actually the flag of the Republic of Genoa.

I wonder if I can come to terms with or even welcome the daubing of this symbol around me, by reclaiming it’s meaning as one of recognition of the value of other cultures rather than the symbol of hate the far right have mistaken it for?

  6. I saw one on a road sign on the way to work this morning. Knuckle dragging halfwits.

  7. Fuck that. If they like England so much they can move there, and stop painting their propaganda in Wales.

  8. Does this have anything to do with a certain section of Swansea city fc supporters. The union jacks iirc

  9. I just drove past this roundabout, it hasn’t got anything on it. Either it’s been cleaned or OP is faking it and enjoys stirring up tension.

  10. Yes, it’s completely inappropriate but have you ever tried drawing a dragon with a spray can?

  11. Genuinely can’t rule out them not knowing the difference between flags.

  12. Why are they doing this? Half our team is based in Birmingham and one of the girls there was saying about these flags being put everywhere. What’s it all in aid of?
