  1. I still use them, mostly in my home wood shop. But there are some in my house too

  2. Lunched out to a good few of these. Stationery cupboard was proper Tippex crew turf.

  3. My fat ass thought they were strawberry pencils (the sweet) on first glance 😭

  4. I remember different pencils. They were yellow and black.

  5. So many of these were left in the classrooms false ceiling tiles in my time.

“What box of new pencils sir?”

  6. I have no memory of these. I remember yellow and black.

  7. Oh the joy of new pencils & their marvellous smell.
I once brought my son an automatic pencil sharpener & he proceeded ( in his room) to sharpen all his new school pencils down to within an inch!
    The little #”*d!

  8. Please bring back berol fineliners. The green ones with the skinny fibre tip and the lid that had a satisfying click

  9. But if you only had one, how did you write your name on it 🤩

  10. I prefer the demotivational pencils ingot for Christmas a few years ago. They have thing like “why even bother” written on them, hehehe

  11. We had these at home, but the ones I always remember from school were the black and yellow ones with the red end. Fun fact: when I was in Year 1 I drew a picture of the headmistress with the red end to colour her face.

  12. Does anyone else remember the green ‘Arnold 2000’ pencils that were made with plastic instead of wood? When you sharpened them, you could get a really long shaving in all one piece. The amount of pencil we must have wasted seeing how long we could sharpen them before the shaving broke.
