    The Russian oil purchases are an excuse. India did not make performative concessions like the EU and Japan did. Modi was counting on his sucking up to trumpolini over the years. And India had the gall to not go along with the narrative that Trumpolini “stopped the war” with Pakistan.

    For Exxon it’s simple. They’ve bribed him.
