Didn’t you know that having police, bmw or Audi or Lexus or Range Rover on your car allows you to park in parent and child spaces and even disabled spaces I thought everyone knew that
They’re parked halfway out of the bay. While there’s loads of shit drivers in the job, there’s also a high chance they were there to answer a call and just parked nearest the entrance…

Firstly no, it’s not illegal. Secondly the door/stairs are likely just behind the photo taker, and the police were in a hurry.
