This depends greatly on (1) the time you post it (if it’s 2AM GMT, WEur will be mostly asleep while Americans will be wide awake, and by the time that changes new posts will have come above it) and (2) the topic (even posts on small countries get so much more engagement from that country that they rank visibly high).
Last I checked, just shy of half of Redditors are American, so I’d imagine about half for subs mainly in English (combined). So it’s still disproportionately low.
But I find most posts of mine here have had the UK or Germany coming first

Stage one of our Americanization of Western Europe is almost complete. Stage two is getting rid of your languages and making you use the Imperial system, and we don’t need to do anything to make your puny nations both diverse and incredibly racist because you are already.
