There are thugs in Latvia, paid by the Serbian government to intimidate Serbian fans at Eurobasket games, so that they wouldn’t chant anything against the government. First picture is them, led by Vukašin Đoković, second picture is a screenshot from our ex-basketball pro Vladimir Štimac.

4. Tbh you should inform police or perhaps VDD (idk 100% exactly whose sphere it’s more, perhaps other redditors know better) about potential clashes during and after game, so that they could at least think about ensuring proper security.

   Honestly Latvia not that good at it and not accustomed to any sort of violence on sport events, so you probably better connect officials to state obvious
