Stopped using Just Eat a whilst ago after two incidents in a row where I had my food stolen and they refused to refund or even look into the issue despite me having a delivery code that was never given to the driver. I did a chargeback through my bank as fraud, and deleted my account. They just stopped giving a shit about customer service, and there are other delivery apps out there. Deliveroo at least have never even questioned when I request a refund, and actually use their delivery code.

I have dessert spoons that can hold a bigger capacity of food than that. Ridiculous. Only thing I can assume is that they’ve run out of standard sized packaging for the beans and had to use a dip pot. They don’t disclose the size of the item and you got the item anyway, so as far as they’re concerned, you can’t say anything to them.
Is that the sample they give you before the rest of it arrives to make sure its done just to your liking? If not… oof.
