Jo, aš šito nesuprantu. Judri gatvė, aptarnaujanti didelę dalį naujamiesčio, bet visiškai netvarkoma eilę metų ir visiškai chujova, tuo tarpu mažiau judrios neprioritetinės gatvės pilnai perdaromos, nors jų būklė dar nėra bloga.

That’s the usual solution. Don’t fix the problems but either add a grid or a segment speed camera!
