You have to go to the customs to go get it, I believe.
You have to pay taxes for objects outside of the EU, maybe thats the problem.

Btw: the tracking only gives me this information on the Indonesian website, on CTT the only update is “Aceite” when it was sent, and nothing else 😣 is it maybe stuck in customs? and what should happen next to be able to pay the custom fees? thanks!
