GOP voters favor third Trump term

1. This joke was funny for like half a second, but it’s time for it to go away. There is no way that you’re going to be able to convince all 50 states to put an ~82 year old man’s name on the ballot for another election that he’s constitutionally prohibited from participating in, and if even four or five states refuse, that’s an automatic loss to whomever will be dutifully elected by the states, sworn in, and moved into the white house next.

2. The Project 2025 playbook would have him as a running mate of somebody (likely Kennedy) and then the president would resign, allowing Trump to take over again.

3. They also, I’m pretty sure, favor abandoning the democracy for his sake.
