    That hovel. Shligos a good 45 min drive away. Why buy that when they could just buy somewhere nearer to Shligo town

    It is a seaside village though. Always makes everything ridiculously expensive.

  5. I just bought a 3 bed house in the middle of a large town (that’s bigger than Sligo) for only 3k more than that… bit of a joke.

  6. Brand new foundation, new roof, new windows, probably more renovations inside. . . Hardly a half-rotten shack.
