  1. France is the third gaz exporter in europe without producing any. It’s not france buying russian gaz it is other european countries buying russian gaz from french big LNG terminals.

  3. People hate on America, but France is the country least committed to the West and NATO. 

    Kicked NATO HQ out of France. 

    Only country to have left NATO joint command

    Doesn’t provide nuclear umbrella to anyone else in NATO 

    Continues to support Russian exports so their economy doesn’t suffer

    Exports restrictions are non existent to support their industry, result is NATO has to fight French equipment in the hands of enemies 

  4. France buys on behalf of Germany. The LNG terminals are in France. Deliveries are made in France, then the gas is sent to Germany via gas pipelines. The major gas consumers in Europe are German industrialists.

  5. I love how everyone puts all the blame on the US while this shit is going on. You know what effective sanctions would look like? Sanctioning the European countries buying refined product made from crude sourced in Russia. Anyone on this sub advocating for that?
