   Why the fuck should the tax payer support her even longer?

   A fitting punishment would be whacking her on the top tax bracket until every penny is repaid and cancelling all of the fraudulently obtained national insurance credits. Make her work to the grave.

6. This article is not very clear or informative. Carers allowance is not means tested. Did the court show she was not the carer for her Mother?

   Council tax reduction is mentioned and again not means tested depending on the reason for reduction.

   I’m not second guessing the courts decision, just saying that the news article is more rage bating than actually full of pertinent details.
