I’ve lived/driven all over the world. We Belgians are def not the best drivers.
I only got my drivers license for a year now so i still remember how strict examiners were with every single detail there is. Now when i look around i’m wondering how some people got their drivers license in the first place.
Man, I always find it weird when my Belgian friends mention how many traffic fines they had this year or how many cars they totalled. How is that even possible?
If you think Belgian drivers are bad ,think again.Look for Russian car crashes on You Tube ,you would’nt believe what you see.Check the ‘John Connor’ channel,it’s nuts.
Hmm, whereas I get at least as much annoyed about my fellow drivers as the next guy, I don’t have the image Belgian drivers are worse then our neighboring countries. Dutch people are truely blind and always drive on the left, French people are slightly better by they all use signals inconsistently. Germans weirdly are also left lane drivers, at least when I see them in Belgium, in Germany it’s better. So – maybe they suck, but they suck slightly less then the neighbours.

I have had my driverslicense for a week now and I have seen people changing lanes without blinkers to much already.
Get off the middle lane if you’re not surpassing anything. It’s not your private freeway for fucks sake…
My dad has 2 drivestyles: “Normaal” and “op zen Brussels”
I dont think I need to explain how that last one goes.
Try driving behind dutch drivers it’s really the worst. They never keep to the right, drive slow af and when they do switch lanes they never use a blinker
It looks more like drivers from Netherlands. Just add driving on emergency lines.
From my experience, this seems to be a lot more prevalent in the Netherlands than in Belgium.
Belgians are fine on motorways but fuck me you guys are near US levels of incompetence when it comes to roundabouts.
I don’t even know why you bother building them with two lanes when you just stay in the outside one no matter which exit you’re taking
That’s funny, but absolutely not true. Belgian driver is more like driving too slowly in secondary roads or keeping the center lane in the highway
