An 11-year-old girl in Oklahoma gave birth at home with no doctors or medical staff. And according to her parents, no one even knew that she was pregnant. Now, once it was found out, police began to investigate. And ultimately, Dustin and Cherry Walker, who were the girl’s stepdad and mom, were arrested. So, let me give you guys a little bit more background here. This little girl, 11 years old, delivered a healthy full-term baby at home, which at her age and size is incredibly dangerous. The couple told authorities that they had no idea that their daughter was expecting. Prosecutors didn’t buy it. They pointed out that the girl was small, petite, but was carrying a normal full-sized infant, something that would be nearly impossible to hide from those living with her. In addition to that, the girl had been kept out of school for over a year and never taken to a doctor once in the past year, which meant no teachers or medical staff could step in or intervene. Now, the girl’s grandmother also defended them, saying that the family didn’t know and claimed that the little girl told them that a 12-year-old boy that the grandmother had once babysat for was the father of this baby. Prosecutors didn’t buy that either. The Walkers were obviously arrested and initially charged with felony child neglect. Prosecutors said that six children in total were removed from the home after investigators found them living in filth and surrounded by dog feces and hadn’t had running water in years. Now, you might be wondering, why did anybody ever call CPS? Well, they did. The neighbors say that the home had been in deplorable condition for years, and they had made repeated calls about the children inside and their safety. But given that CPS should probably stand for Camp Protect they dropped the ball, too, and nothing was ever done. But now, as of today, this story has changed dramatically because authorities did DNA testing and the results came back showing that the 12-year-old boy was not the infant’s father, but the 34year-old Dustin Walker, the stepfather, is see how my jaw stays in place? Well, now he’s charged with saing a child under 12. Sher Walker, the girl’s mom, has been charged with enabling the abuse. Both of them are also facing six counts of felony child neglect, one for the 11-year-old and one for each of the other five children. Prosecutors say that this is one of the most serious child abuse and neglect cases they have ever seen. Each charge carries the possibility of life in prison.   5. I knew immediately it was the stepdad but I’d hoped for this little girls sake that it wasn’t not that it still wouldn’t be bad but to know it was a parent that’s did this and she has no safe place to land and not o my is her mother complicit but her grandmother also is super frustrating.

  13. What a horrific cover up they were doing….. They told her to say it was that 12-year-old That's always possible….. Thank God for DNA testing…. That man should spend the rest of his life on general public in jail… And let the general public in jail know what he has done to an 11-year-old girl and watch what happens from there….. My brother says it's a wonderful thing to watch God rest his soul. Have fun in jail

  19. Knew it was step dad. That is why they hid her from the world. Bastards. Grandma is also protecting him. Protect the man/abuser over a child. Ok is quite a effed up state and this is not uncommon.

  25. A pregnant 11-year-old is automatically neglect CPS should be sued. Those employees who did not do shit. It is government employees who give the government a bad name.
