  1. Yep. To get into a shelter, you have to get rid of all your basic possessions to PROVE you’re poor. It’s about showing the displaced that Real People  consider them animals. 

  2. That’s closed some gaps then, stopped them buying timeshares and snowmobiles, expect the boats to stop now, as its just not worth the effort anymore.

  3. They should all be working physical labour 16 hours a day. No phones, no soap, no beds. Make them earn the bread and water. 

    They must all suffer while I enjoy my hot tub.
