How is that related to the economy?
Wasteful spending
Anyone saying wasteful spending has no idea about security of any level.
The first idea of any security whether it’s a soldier holding an AR or your stupid home camera … is deterrence.
I guarantee no crime of any sort happened on that platform, or in the direct vicinity of that station while they were there.
The second idea of security whether it’s a soldier standing around with an AR or a government agency tasked with protecting millions is staying vigilant.
If there’s something they need to look out for trust they’re looking for it. Whether they’re vaping or just talking. At no point did this group seem unaware of what’s going on around them.
It’s a fucking vape. Relax.
Perfect time to implement,
Can haz Cheeseburger…
– Chat friendly with the forces, since they’re fellow American citizens.
– Tell them you’re sorry they got stuck with serving as a photo op for a political agenda.
– Offer to buy them a cheeseburger or a country fried steak to thank them for their service.
– Let them know that they are appreciated for serving and you hope they’ll be around in case of a natural disaster or other actual emergency.
– Then see if they’ll take a selfie with you. Your tax dollars are paying for them to be photo ops.
