We used to have a sandwich van at work, they used to sell them, they were delicious. Sadly we moved office and we have a different van who sells pies and pasties with 90% pastry and 10% filling.
We don’t have mushy peas in the US so the first time I was in the UK I wanted to try it, even though it’s kind of a gross name. At the very least it doesn’t sound like it should be good, but that’s how I learned we’ve been doing peas wrong. Would definitely eat
