1. Not because Ukraine is blowing up their refineries and pipelines?

2. Rosneft buildings unsurprisingly lack windows of any sort. And the executives fall out of the non-existent windows anyway.

   Maybe if they tried being from somewhere else? Re-incorporate in some more neutral place like say Syria or Sudan. South Africa or Alabama maybe?

3. Translation: Putins oligarchs complaining that the resources they are stealing from the Russian people, to enrich only themselves, have dropt in value.
