  1. The self-proclaimed prime minister of the Houthis was killed in an Israeli airstrike on Thursday, the Yemeni rebel group confirmed on Saturday.

Ahmed al-Rahawi was among several leading members of the Iranian-backed group who died when the Israel Defence Forces (IDF) targeted Sanaa, the capital of the war-torn country on Thursday. The Israelis said at the time they had attacked a “military target”, but did not give any further details.

  2. People have started taking these kinds of operations for granted, probably because it’s like the 1000th time Israel has carried out a crazy strike or operation in the past few years. But it blows my mind that they can know about a specific meeting 2000 km away in real time, scramble F-35s that still need to fly for two hours, and then hit specific people in a specific room without being detected, damn…

  3. Watching a certain group of people who claim they arent pro terrorist cope with this is hilarious. They are really showing that they are, im fact, pro terrorist and just want Israel to lay down and die.

  4. Israel has basically a ten year window to do carte blanche right now before the politicians turn on them. The American people already have but they don’t have any power.

I have this crazy theory that eventually things with the US will turn south and Israel will go to war with the United States using asymmetrical warfare – specifically cyber.

  5. This is a political assassination. Ministers were killed, not military figures (Who were probably also targeted). This will NOT end Houthi’s role and intervention though. They’ve survived through large scale bombings and decapitation strikes for about a decade, when they were much weaker and had less capabilities. To think this round of assassinations will do the trick is ignorance.
