1. Agree with most of this except the focus on the richest elite. Sure thier lifestyles are terrible but a recent study showed that globally the wealthiest 10% are responsible for 66% of emissions. The majority of the UK population would probably be part of that 10% , so focusing only on the elite would let most of us off the hook and global targets will be even less likely to be met.
