Idk but I remember almost standing on a field mouse while walking my dog . Weirdly enough it stayed perfectly still beside me . I look up and there was this big bastard bird hovering above me . Just waiting on me leaving . I *think* it was one of these .

Eurasian sparrowhawk ackording to the merlin id app. (Albeit, the app is more accurate when you know the date and exact location of the pic too) the apps free in the app store btw. I had a few visitors, nesting in my loft last year , so i downloaded it; no affiliation.
Sorry, to be pedantic its called, Merlin Bird ID.
I think this is a sparrowhawk. I had one in my garden a few years ago, sitting under a tree, devouring a pigeon. I got a few pics and sent them to a friend who is a keen birdwatcher. He was sure it was a sparrowhawk, and the bird in your picture looks identical.

Thinking Sparrow Hawk. Goshawk, larger more powerfully built. Especially about the legs
My first thought was sparrowhawk, I don’t claim to be an expert though
Sparrowhawk.
They’re a heat seeking missile when hunting in areas of built-up housing, a joy to watch in action.
Buzzard
That’s Dave… Used to be good mates.
Check out the phone app Merlin Bird ID. It’s free. I use it on iPhone. Assume there’s an Android version.
