The North/South divide is the central reservation of the M4 and I say that as someone who lives less than 10 miles north of it (I’m a northerner and bloody proud)

Putting Oxford in the North is a bold choice!
Having traveled for work over the last 10years Id say anything under Nottingham is %100 the south. The prices of things and accent and attitude of people also changes drastically too.
