I genuinely want to like Meghan. She’s clearly trying to build her own thing, and I respect that. I watched the first season, it was dull, sure, but it worked fine as background TV. Visually, it’s gorgeous. And based on the playlist she shared, we actually have pretty similar taste in music.
That said, I don’t understand her business at all. It feels like she’s missing easy wins. How does she not have a cookbook out yet with recipes from the show? She could literally write them in her calligraphy and sell it for $60 a pop.
I haven’t seen season 2 yet, but I hope the as ever products are actually shown now?
There’s just so much easy money. A season 2 “crafts special”? She did some cooler crafts this season, according to TikTok, sell the materials, the kits. Calligraphy sets. Literally anything other than just jam. The business and the show just don’t talk at all. I’m not sure if that’s on purpose or not.
