3. Time to pass laws preventing the citizens of Birsfelden from crossing all other towns and villages in the country. They can drive in Birsfelden and on the Autobahn, but nowhere else!

   Jokes aside, while this addresses the issue, I’m conflicted about that on principle, I can see the impact on neighborhoods (cars destroy cities) but also how it can lead to a tragedy of the commons. Perhaps this should be regulated at the Cantonal level (or federal level) to avoid a complete mess of local regulations?
