This guy nicknamed 'Mrvica' (which means "little breadcrumb" in English, lol) used to be a Partizan h00ligan but was expelled from their stands for obvious reasons. Now he’s part of the pro-regime men who harass normal people across Europe – this time in Latvia. Where is the security? Where is the police inside the arenas? I’ll add more proof from people reporting from Riga…

I see police in the second picture.
Also most people here can’t read Balkan so…
The overall level of security is high at Riga, however, the police can’t put a policeman next to every Serb fan… Fights between fans do happen, especially if alcohol is involved.
Anyways, why you are so certain that these thugs are organized by the government? I have seen Serb sports fans waving ruzzian flags and openly supporting ruzzian invasion. Just admit it – half of your countrymen are just ruzzian ass-lickers and genuinely despicable people… It just seems that some of them just happen to be arrived at Riga (unfortunately).
Latvians are not big fans of Serbs cause of these reasons, so do not expect that the local people will be willing or interested to help and provide information for your internal disputes.
This seems like a serbian problem not latvian
Tak taisat apvērsumu savā valstī, nahuj jāvelk savas problēmas iekšā Latvijā?
This sounds like a conspiracy theory
Latvians don’t really care about your hooligan culture and anti-Vucic struggle. Report it to the police if there was violence, so they get deported back to Serbia
